Job Purpose

The China Infrastructure Specialist will report to the China IT Infrastructure Leader. He acts as technical leader of local deskside support team to ensure IT service is adequately delivered to support business. He also acts as bridge of local IT and global IT to ensure proper communication between stakeholders to ensure implementation to solve incident, problem and fulfil requests and application of IT infrastructure projects.

Requirements：

Bachelor degree or higher education, experience in Client Service environment‐ At least 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure of manufacturing industry.

‐ At least 1 years’ experience in foreign-funded enterprises.

‐ Work experience at IT helpdesk is a plus.

‐ Work experience at Service-Now platform.

‐ Excellent customer service attitude and skills.

‐ Organizational and time-management skills.

‐ English speaking and writing skills to facilitate internal and external communications
