Key Responsibilities
1. Establish and Maintain Work Instructions
• Develop and update work instructions based on process and operational needs.
• Provide training to operators on new and updated instructions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented instructions and take necessary follow-up actions.
2. Support Internal Procedure Development
• Assist the NDT Manager in identifying gaps between internal procedures and external requirements.
• Contribute to corrective actions and ensure their effective implementation.
• Translate standards and specifications into actionable internal procedures.
• Organize and follow up on training activities related to updated procedures.
3. Audit Support
• Prepare compliance matrices for audits.
• Assist in the closure of audit findings and implementation of corrective measures.
• Oversee preventative actions to address audit requirements.
4. NDT Personnel Qualification Program
• Develop training plans and organize training courses for CT and UT personnel.
• Provide instruction on NDT theories and testing principles.
• Support examination programs and annual proficiency reviews.
Education and Experience Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science.
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ultrasonic testing (UT).
• Possession of UT Level 2 certification.
Preferred:
• Experience in team management.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Demonstrated project experience.
