This role is responsible for China Aerospace business and drive business growth to meet the regional business and sustainability target.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aluminum and aerospace industries, especially in COMAC/AVIC business. This role requires the ability to manage customer relationships, drive sales, and support strategic projects. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer centricity and ensure business success in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer setup and workflow to tailor solutions effectively.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with customers, ensuring high customer intimacy.
- Lead customer-centric projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful outcomes.
- Drive sales by securing orders in a fiercely competitive environment, particularly against local competitors.
- Support the manager in negotiating long-term agreements (LTA) with key customers, particularly in the AVIC and COMAC sectors.
- Manage specific customer-related business in China, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
- Support OEM business development within AVIC entities.
- Assist the manager in executing strategic projects and programs, with a focus on AVIC accounts.
- Contribute to other manager-directed activities that align with business objectives.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or English.
- MBA or Master’s degree from a top school is preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in the aluminum or aerospace industries.
- Deep understanding of the COMAC/AVIC business ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum products and a commercial focus on these offerings.
