Main job for this position is to support the sales of Auto products to OEMs in China. The position is responsible for monitoring sales orders/forecasts, timely shipment, payment and overall delivery. For executing this job, the jobholder need create sales orders and update forecast in SAP accurately；communicate with customers for supporting their needs, daily review open SO with SC to manage a good delivery schedule; Confirm GR with customer and create billing documents in SAP timely, issue VAT invoice and mail to customers according to their requirements; Handling goods return and issue debit note to customer once claim confirmed by quality team. SAP follow up for inbound and outbound of JIT and physical stock taking support as well. Also, it is required to maintain the close relationship with customers.

- University or technical college education.

- Experience in the application of ERP software (SAP).

- 3+ years experience in metal material processing industry or automotive industry.

- Pay attention to the details.

- Superior customer service skills; ability to work directly with customers to establish a long term relationship

- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills.

- Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives.

- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship.

- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail.

- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency, including strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn new software programs quickly.

- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives.
