Responsibilities:
- Lead physical counting process of metal/non-metal, work with SC and sales team to handling variances at each month end.
- Prepare actual metal balance report after finish inventory reconciliation
- Verify BOM and Routing setup with engineering team and technical team
- Do Cost run for new materials on demand.
- Verify production orders and make analysis on PO differences and cost center variances
- Verify cost center reports to make sure all expenses are booked correctly and timely
- Review accounting accruals based on forecast and annual plan
- Complete monthly closing steps in SAP CO module, including run actual assessment cycle, WIP/PO settlement, etc.
- Work with accounting team to finalize HFM P&L and cash flow reports
- Complete actual reconciliation in HFP system
- Prepare actual Sales revenue and CP revenue report for both Shanghai and Changzhou
- Prepare actual Metal Price Lag calculation and make analysis compared to forecast and annual plan
- Prepare monthly Production reports and plant KPI reports to mangement team and other external reports
- Prepare actual shipments reports by customer and subsegment
- Prepare actual operating cost analysis, compared to plan and submit monthly and YTD convension cost report
- Support new projects quotation, including P&L analysis and comparison to other projects
- Support to build up Changzhou production cost pool
- Support internal claim process

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accountanting related.
- Good understanding of ERP system, SAP and Hyperion experience is preferred
- Experience in Cost accounting area would be a plus
- Familiar with Forecast plan or budget process
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Solid computer skills with MS Office.
- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives.
