- Lead EHS observation program and SIF observation implementation
- Assistant for incident investigation and follow up
- Develops and maintains contact with federal, state and private agencies to ensure current knowledge of EHS related standards.
- Update site EHS procedure base on latest regulation to make sure compliance
- Support EHS Manager to develop, update and implement EHS management procedures and policy
- Support related to safety/environment technology improvement base on site operation needs
- Lead waste management including hazardous waste management, compliance, disposal, etc.
- Lead contractor safety management
- Conduct EHS training
- Response for Environment indicator collection and analysis.
- Assistant for ISO14001/18001 system build up and implementation
- Support other departments like supplier EHS audit, special equipment, etc

- Bachelor’s degree. EHS related discipline is preferable.
- 3 or above years' experience in a manufacturing company.
- Requires a thorough, in depth knowledge of all local, state and federal laws and regulations related to
areas of responsibility.
- Good communication in EN & CN
- The ability to learn continuously and quickly under all circumstances and situations.
- Demonstration of energy, drive and enthusiasm in the pursuit of goals.
