This position functions as a member of the finishing Manufacturing Unit and is responsible for managing and directing the entry cleaning, acid cleaning, rinse and pretreatment section of the CASH line. Job includes process optimization and process development in the areas of responsibility. Incumbent is also expected to be able to cover other CASH process disciplines as directed by the CASH Process Leader.

The major challenge of this position will be stabilizing the CASH chemical process to get stable product performance, recovery and line productivity. Including:
• Chemical bath control to get stable bath chemical component.
• Chemical process control to get stable coating weight.
• Pretreated Strip surface quality control.

Accountabilities
• Assist in the development and promote EHS policy, implement the EHS management system and ensure continual improvement of EHS performance in day to day operations;
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions at all times.
• Implement process inspection daily onsite to check Compliance.
• Manage chemical recipes.
• Measurement of process performance and application of appropriate controls.
• Identify and lead the process improvement and optimization activities to increase plant recovery, cost and productivity.
• Provide capacity while maintaining flexibility and predictability in the manufacturing process.
• Lead problem solving activities process related.
• Make, review and update PFMEA and CP.
• Use SPC tool to analyze and maintain stable process.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor, chemistry related
• Above 8 years
• Manufacturing working experience; preferably in the metals industry or auto industry.
• Basic knowledge on metal surface treatment.
• Fluent in both written and oral English
• Good communication (oral and written) skills;
• Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives
• Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
• The ability to learn continuously and quickly under all circumstances and situations.
